Our theater, in the building called the Spring Garden Mill, sits on the property of Tyler State Park, 3/4 of a mile from where Route 332 (Newtown-Richboro Road) leaves the Newtown Bypass. We're just west of Shir Ami Synagogue and Newtown Middle School. Newtown-Richboro Road (RT 332) is accessible from the Newtown Bypass, Second Street Pike (RT 232) and  Holland Road.

We're approximately 15 minutes from the Newtown exit of I-95 (Exit 49, PA-332), 10 minutes from Richboro or Holland, 25 minutes from Doylestown or New Hope
